If Wach was that bad then why did he land the only hard shot Wlad has taken for years?

I was wondering the same thing. Wach had his chin firmly planted close to his chest, look like a good target for a few upper cuts. Wlad landed a lot of his power shots on Wach's forehead where they're far less devastating in effect.
