No way will it be Sprott :-(

The guy was pretty good in his day and I enjoyed watching him fight.

But he is pretty much finished now, he has lost his last four now and last time out he lost to Edmund Gerber for Gods sake!!!

They could never sell it; yes Skelton isn't the best but at least he is on a small winning streak!

    Towers?!

    Please no!

The guy seems ok, but he is nothing special IMO, that would be a step back in my opinion.

Fury is highly unlikely at the moment, maybe Haye if he wins the jungle shite?!

Chisora would be a bit more interesting.

Pricey needs to go either stateside or to Germany for his next one IMO.

Why does "Pricey" need to still be fighting British fighters? The Audley fight was bad enough but acceptable, the Skelton fight is awful, another one of these type of calibre fights and people will start to get pissed off...even his own fans

If he's as good as people claim he is, step up and at least fight at European level.

Its Fury and Towers those are the two he mentioned, cant see the Fury fight happening and i doubt Towers would fight him at this stage of his career and like "RJJ's jab" mentioned Lucas Browne could beat Towers. So hopefully it will be the highly ranked American they speak of, Id love the Fury fight to happen as it would be the final defence Price seeks to win the lonsdale belt outright and if Price wins it would catapult him into the top 10 most likely, two birds with one stone but i doubt it'll happen, not yet anyway.

I think Chisora for his next fight would be very good. Chisora is tough and will come to win, he could also give Pricey rounds. Its something that I think Chisora might get up for and Frank might deliver for Box Nation.

Towers should not be looking past Browne IMO

Exactly. Surely Price wouldn't want Towers if he takes a nasty loss to Browne....which is on the cards IMO. Also remember that fight is meant to be a comm title eliminator so if Price doesnt vacate and go on to bigger and better things, he has to defend against the winnner. As I've said before, I don't expect either camp to take this fight with Price at this stage though. Towers is a little chinny and I havent seen enough defence from Browne at this stage to know if he could avoid what Price might throw at him.

I could see D. Price do this-

    2012

    Dec M. Skelton

    2013

Feb M. Sprott (Britsh title outright?)

    May R. Towers

    Sept Dimtrenko Vacant European title

    Dec D. Chisora

    Leaves him 19-0 for 2014

    Yep. Shame

Needs to get pushed on at this stage of his career. People talk like he's an 18 year old sometimes

 jog on. This version of Sprott is clearly not as good as the Sexton or McDermott. It really winds you up doesn't it that Price is more popular than Fury

Yeah because you see many 18 year old British champions in boxing don't you? :patsch. The Heavyweight division is completely different, most peak in their 30's in any case nowadays. Name how many HW champs have been under 30 recently? Funny watching the Price bashers clutching at straws to criticise him.

Tyson Fury was 22 years old when he won the British & Commonwealth Heavyweight Titles from Dereck Chisora :yep

David Price is 30 next year.

David Haye retired on his 31st birthday having been unified cruiserweight world champion and heavyweight champion with 3 defences.

It's undeniable that Price's career is being moved at a bizarre and curiously slow pace. There HAS to be a reason why - there always is. I just don't know what it is. I have my suspicions though ...

Tyson Fury won the British & Commonwealth titles after 3 years as a pro. David Price won the same titles also after 3 years as a pro. Huge difference isn't there? :patsch:-(

Fury vacated the titles as soon as Price became mandatory challenger. There HAS to be a reason why- there always is. I just don't know what it is. I have my suspicions though.....
