It's a pretty good fight at 140.

I think Garcia wins by a 117-111 type decision with just a few rocky moments.

I think Zab's best chance is at a stoppage after an offensive assault started from countering one of Garcia's wide and somewhat slow hooks.

it is not a bad matchup. Garcia beat Khan because of Khan being careless and leaving himself open to Garcia's counter. So I could see Judah maybe beating Garcia if he is careful and fights his fight.
