People saying Froch is like a pub fighter? do you actually watch boxing? Earl-Hickey demonstrated perfectly the difference between being "destroyed" and having your arms tie up whilst being tapped with jabs and left hooks is

I fully appreciate Wards skills and admire his ability, but he doesn't excite me as a fighter at all.

 

Ward is a quality operator there's no doubt about that, it must be a bit annoying to see a guy he comprehensively beat getting more attention then him.

Froch will never beat Ward, but IMO he can put up a better showing in a rematch, still see Ward taking it something like 8-4.

 

I hated Ward up until the Froch fight which was technical brilliance. he turned it up a notch against Dawson and really put a mental and physical beat down on him- dude is a beast. I still don't like the billy got business with hs head and hope that he removes this from his game - he really doesn't need to do it as he has all the skills in the book.

I can't see how Carl could beat him and I would steer clear TBH.

Didnt he also say he'd like to fight in England one day. Go for it ward, be a man and fight Froch in Nottingham, i dare you, having been there for the last two fights i can tell you right now that the crowd would definitely get to you, its a very claustrophobic enviroment, one that would make you **** yourself! I got Froch to beat ward but only in Nottingham.

 

Why should Ward come to England? If Froch wants the re-match... He should travel

Cant believe the fact that no one ever hardly mentions that ward was absolutly blowing out of his arse in the last round and if this was in the old 15 round style of fighting froch would of stopped him. No doubt about it. Some moron earlier said froch was DESTROYED? No. He was out-tapped. Froch is a throwback fighter and if he was fights were still 15 rounds no-one would beat him. There is no super-middle that has an engine like him , ward included.

 

Why are people saying Ward dislikes Froch just because of this Twitter thing? He's just angling for a rematch so he can give Carl another big long hug.

Not really a schooling, all he pretty much said was he wasnt watching the fight and why should he come to the UK for a rematch. Dont think it was even aimed at Carl but more to his fans.
