Rewatching Ward-Froch. Amazing how completely SOG schooled him.

the fight annoys me because he didnt fight anywhere near his best. I would love to see Carl carry on doing whats he doing now (Bute and Mack) and just steam rolling guys, if he does the same to kessler then its time for a rematch. We all know ward has a questionable jaw, its weather or not froch can land, if he can be aggressive as he has been in the last two fights, i see him taking ward out, that last performance was **** and i guess thats whats eatcing Frcoh up, knowing he could have done much better.

Cant see that pic. Assume it's the one of his hand. Deineatly injured it during the fight yeah. Im not knocking Ward, he's a special fighter.

 

Froch was well beaten...Even his "good" rounds he arguably lost..I thought he got outlanded in the 12th..he might have outworked Dre in that round but it wasn't effective aggression.

Ward was careful and fought pretty conservatively, which made it look like there wasn't much between them in a lot of rounds..But Carl didn't land jack**** most of the night.

 

And he would do it again. I like Froch, but let's be honest. Ward > Froch, period.

 

Or maybe Ward's mindset and skill just far surpasses Bute's and Mack's?
You know that Bute fanboys are saying the same thing about Bute's fight against Froch, that Bute wasn't himself and could do better in a rematch

 

8-4, 7-5 type fight.

 

1. Ok, you said it all right there. Bute and Mack! Froch would steam roll those two guys all day, every day. That is impressive too. People hate on Bute, but he wasn't a hype job. He was very talented. Froch just beat the talent right out of him. Froch has Bute's number and will stop him again, at least that is my strong opinion. Bute doesn't have special, magical powers in Canada, just like Froch doesn't have these mythical powers in England.

2. Miss me with that bull****. Ward W 12, in any country, at any time. He really is that much better.

 

Froch ain't win no 4 rounds let alone 5.
