Good riddance.:hi: He is nice guy and so on but he was absolutely done as a fighter just like I predicted.
I had hoped he could somehow return and be the force he once was but deep down I knew that he wouldn't be the same. You can't have a style like his and neglect your body and expect to be able to make a comeback after so long and compete at this level again. I hope he finds happiness elsewhere and can come to terms with the fact he had a very successful career and he achieved all his childhood dreams but some things are always beyond your grasp.
Great news. Hopefully this loss will shake sense into him that he's no longer a world class fighter, and do so in a way that doesn't lead to a recurrence of his depressive spiral. Great fighter in his prime, wicked entertainer, but he's had his day.
