We need to see Fury deal with Johnson convincingly, either a one sided decision or stoppage. If he does that he can talk about Wlad.

I do like how whenever a fight comes up for Volo, out comes all these KO1, KO2, KO3, lucky to see four predictions. Meanwhile, even Mormeck makes four. They may not be great guys and Volo may have a great punch, but let's be realistic. Volo is typically cautious and even if the guys aren't great, they're still name fighting men over two hundred pounds. They're professionals, not assholes off the street.

They're not likely to get annihilated like that. That's why three consecutive title fight first-round kayos is actually the record. For all the sport's history in all the weight classes. Because no matter who you're fighting, the state of your division, or how big a puncher you are, you're still going against competent, professional, physically tough men. Even the least of them at this level are tough enough. Stop being so unrealistic. Sure, every once in a while you get a Ray Austin type outcome but that's the exception. :verysad Unrealistic business afoot.

It would look like Wlad having a warm up sparring session. He'd prolly do more foot work and body movement than in his most fights though but still it would look so easy. I'd expect Fury bring more to the table than what Wach did but then again, having 1-2s bouncing your head what can you do?

I love this attitude when it comes to Wlad

So if that's the case, I guess nobody should fight him

Why fight a guy who you are just going to lose to.

Wlad, you might as well retire mate, nobody's beating you so all fights involving you are pointless, much in the same Way Tyson Douglas was pointless

    oh... wait

At HW alone Arreola vs Whitherspoon, Hamer vs Price, Price vs Wilder, Chambers vs Rossy, Brock vs Smith, Johnson vs Vargas, Jennings vs Byram, Hanks vs Jordon etc.......

If Tyson fought Wlad and lost, theres no shame in it.
His lack of skills and gameness though could lead to him getting KOd which probably would set him back.

But, getting exposed by Wlad might show him the errors in what he does and enable him to work on them. Beating lesser fighters and getting away with having fundamental flaws probably doesnt help progression that much.

Lets see how he does against Johnson. Furys got alot going for him

first of all Fury doesn't derserve a shot period!

secondly this will only belittle either Klits credibility and Fury is No Where near they're level, there are other HWs more worthy!

Lastly let him prove his worth first by fighting 2 or 3 TOP HWs, in Britain alone he should have to get past Price or Haye and as I said a couple of others globally.

Don't give it to him Klitscho's, you'll only lower your legacies and yet again lesser fighters would get there before real deserving contenders, and Fury IS a lesser fighter!!!

    True

With the possible exception of Arreola and Chambers everyone knew they sucked and had no chance of ever achieving anything in their careers

There is no two good, rated guys who were real prospects on that list

now, back to the general with you, you havent made a david haye hate thread for a while now.

    Good God

what's his plan exactly, to slowly amble round in circles, potshotting and retreating to the ropes for absoloutley no reason?

Buisiness as usual for the kingpin then

He really doesn't look very sharp does he?

He's been pretty inactive at the top level since losing to Vitali hasn't he? He also looked pretty poor in Prizefighter too.

This might be an easier night's work for Tyson than most are predicting.

Has Kingpin EVER been on the canvas in his 30+ pro fights?
