Excellent summation for me :good said everything I wanted to say in exactly the way I would've liked to have put it across
Moore's mother said he was born 2 years earlier than the date Archie claimed, making him just a couple of months off of 42 when he fought Marciano.
That was straitened out Archie was 38 when he fought Marciano,Archie actually tried to be older when he started fighting because he started very young...different era, I dont think we will ever see fighters with over 200 fights and over 150 KO's Archie was actually on his best win streak and had beaten some of the best men in the higher weight brackets in his 50 bout win streak marred by a DQ and a disputed decision to an ATG that he beat 3 times, Harold Johnson...He also beat #1 contenders at heavyweight Nino Valdes 2X and Bob Baker by KO among others...as much that is revisionist boloney, Archie was considered a very dangerous man and the most deserving title defense and deservingly so With that said I like JJW to beat Archie, could be a UD but I think Archie hits the deck or is stopped
