casa looked like dirt in his last fight. he was terrible, no question but i think he still has it in him to be a tough nut for katsidis to crack. if, i'm pac, i'll be fighting david diaz next, then wait on how things present themselves/ i'll decide on my next opponent after all marquee match ups at 135 have been completed

Who cares. IF that's a fight that can be made, do they REALLY need to fight Pac first? Campbell doesn't need to sit and wait for all this to play out. He'll have to fight too. Pac vs Diaz hasn't een been made official.

According to the "News for Fights" Marquez and his handlers have already admitted to ducking Guzman, and they seem pretty adamant on never fighting him in the ring period.

great. two jr. lightweights in an eliminator to fight for a lightweight title. To be honest, it sounds stupid.

Why don't you just say, JMM vs. Guzman for the recognition as the best jr. lightweight in the world as Pac is already moving to 135.

it is perfectly logical for arum to do that. he is a calculating *******. sure, he dropped two names, but the people who know boxing will bang the drums and march for jmm to face guzman because it is a better match. well, guzman and jmm and two of the most vocal fighter who are calling out pac and so having them meet will automaically deduct at least one from the pac equation.

basic divide and conquer. let guzman and jmm face each other while having a stylistically easier match in david diaz. perfect business decision

not only perfeect business decision but in this case its good for the sport.

JMM, Guz, and Pac are 3 super feathers who have all weighed in above 140 on fightnight. Pac already has the upper hand on JMM. JMM vs Guzman to face Pacquiao makes perfect sense. Meanwhile Pacquiao goes and grabs an easy title at lightweight to add some symbolic significance to the bout.

It would be a great, interesting fight (JMM vs Guzman). I'd pay to see it.

And I don't think it will be boring really. There might be a KO there.
