Fair play to Flintoff, he looked like Bambi on Ice but at the end of the day it takes balls to get into the ring in the first place, not least when he's put himself on a pedestal the way he has done..... But under the 10 points must system, how did Freddie manage to recoup 1 of his points? The (2nd) round wasn't completely domintaed by either fighter therefore has to have been scored as 10-8 round does it not? That fight looked nailed on at 38 - 37 to me?:huh
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqQasoWm7Kg[/ame] Twas like watching Shakin' Stevens in there, even female pornstars cant spread their legs that far apart. And that right hand......my word. It rained down from 10 foot and looked like two wenches going at it. Fair play to the lad for getting in shape, further proving that boxing is not just good for the brain, but also for the body, its great for fitness and it gets overlooked a lot.
That fight looked a real fix to me. The other guy wasnt all that but has some defensive skills, you could tell he had boxed before. he didnt throw though, as I said he looked very much like he wasnt there to win.
British referee's like their even rounds. If the ref felt the second was even, then he scores it 10/9 to Dawson because of the knock down. Thus if he scores one more round even and gives the other two to Freddy the fight is 39/38. I am with you, I had it 38/37 to Flintoff, but 39/38 is within the realms of fairness.
That bloke could of knocked Freddy out when he wanted, he landed one left hook and no power right hands you think a short fat ****er like that could throw hooks..
Freddie! Freddie! Freddie! I told you it was gonna be like the Jerry Springer show! I've never seen so many zombies together at once. The support was tremendous, yet fabricated, and quite sickening to see so many z-listers, most of which wind up on Strictly Come Dancing. Aint the blokes name, ANDREW Flintoff anyway? By the looks of that footwork, I'm sure Flintoff will be on come dancing soon.....
