I found this article where Cotto voices his opinion.
I dont really have a problem with his voice of the situation, however I also saw a few comments he made on spanish tv on the matter and he painted it as if Pacquiao's victories at the higher weights should come into question.
I dont have a problem with that either, but it just sounds like he's excusing himself form his loss to him.

As I stated earlier, let the fans and media make judgement on Pacquiao, a fighter who has loss to Pacquiao just sounds like sour grapes.

I used to hate Cotto more than any boxer I can think off. He is very arrogant and very cocky when he was facing weak opposition. The day he lost to Margarito was a great night of boxing for me. Afterwards, seeing how he rebounded in defeat and how dealt with it, I started to like him.
