I think the majority would agree that apart from the Klitschkos, Haye beats every other heavyweight out there. So why doesn't he get active and beat up the likes of povetkin and fury etc? Is he finished with boxing and just looking for that one last big Klitschko pay day?

He'd probably beat everyone except for Wladimir. That's how bad the division is.

I'm not even a fan of Haye's but I think he would win against all those guys, so I expect his fans do too. So where's his motivation ? Fighting guys everyone thinks he can win, guys with no personality, guys the general public don't know.

Haye only wants HUGE paydays. Good luck to him.
He can probably beat Vitali, I'm not sure, but VK is bloody old. Maybe Haye won't try to win, but I suspect he actually fancies it. It's a winnable fight.
If he gets that fight and wins, and then a Wlad rematch he'll be in an even more ridiculous bracket of wealthiness than he already is.

    He's made his money.

Plus, smacking around a few bums isn't going to enhance his standing.... all he'd be doing is belting people who he publicly stated weren't good enough to share the ring with him.

Shame he didn't really fulfill his potential, but he made more money doing what he did rather than if he'd gone a more conventional route, so he won't really care.

He made enough money from the Valuev fight to retire there and then.

He could make good money against Fury, Price, Huck, Povetkin or Solis...

I think Haye will have at least one more fight, hopefully against Vitali

Fury ain't ready for Haye and Haye don't need him. He's looking for a straight shot at either Klit and that's all.

Haye admitted in a interview with iFilm London he couldn't measure up against the "big and young heavyweights" reffering to Price and Fury. Haye wouldnt even beat Povetkin. He should be happy that he got a big paycheck vs Wladimir. Haye is no real contendor in the HW division....

Would be messy as **** but fun to watch.

As for 'Haye wouldn't beat Povetkin':lol::lol: Povetkin is ****ing awful with v. poor stamina/conditioning. Haye would toy with him. I say that as no massive Haye fan too.

Why fight these guys when he is the number 1 anyway. No one cares who the Klits fight now and all the contenders are too gutless to make a move for the crown. Price, Fury, the lot of them could be the top contender in two or even one big win. Chisora might be the only person recently who talks and went after Vitali but he doesn't train hard enough and his skills have been the same since day one, no evolution or finesses at all.

I hate Haye with a passion, and don't really rate him all that highly, but he'd absolutely destroy Povetkin.

It'd be one of the most brutal executions in recent times.

Povetkin has been running from Wlad for nearly five years, and the huge payday that would undoubtedly come with it.

Why.... unless he's sure of what's coming :yep

Povetkin is on pretty much on Chisora's level so Haye would destroy him in a few rounds. My issue with Haye is that he could easily become the WBA champion, defend it every six months and live happily ever after in the current era. I don't think Haye likes the training anymore and that's why he can't be bothered to box the lower ranked contenders.
