:good My thoughts too. He will jump in the ring with Wlad or vitali but he wont fight David Price.. :yep
It was in the Sunday Times, but they were also speculating that the Flintoff fight may have bought in another 50k subscribers!
It wouldn't surprise me if the Flintoff fight brought in a decent number of new subscribers. IMO Fury will never fight on Boxnation whilst he has the C5 contract. Why would he? Unless he is offered silly money. There's talk that the 650k was the figure to be split between the two as well. Its best for both that the fight be on C5. Why not take 50/50, joint promotion on C5? Or would Mick want more for having the C5 contract?
It's not going to happen. Why are people having such a tough time accepting that. Heres how it goes Early 2012, Fury fights a stay busy Late 2012 Fury fights for WBC title David Price goes about his own business during this period. he can start by facing his first top 50 heavyweight!
Mick is exactly right to ridicule Mismatch and his £650k offer. I mean.... how many fighters worldwide, that aren't controlled by Al Haymon, are making $1m per fight? Five perhaps - Pacquiao, Cotto, Marquez and the Klitschkos. Like Lilo said, why not split it right down the middle, live on terrestrial TV - would be absolutely huge for Channel 5.
there's plenty more tbh Ward, Khan, Haye (when he fights) It's like i said though, fight doesn't make sense now and people ave got to get over this obsession with domestic dust ups
He's fighting Tony Thompson in February ranked 9th in the world, then they want Chisora/Fury most likely Chisora, so there is two top 50s.
