It's possible, it roughly matches the numbers in Forbes. You have to understand the basic difference:

1. Pac fights on a Top Rank promoted show > Pac gets paid by Arum
2. Pac fights on another promoter's show for a flat fee > Pac gets to pay Arum

Under option 1, most of the time Arum ends up with more than his minimum, say 27%.

 

The Bradley numbers were never announced and they must have been much lower that the 700K you said because despite not getting the decision against Bradley, Arum never considered Bradley for a rematch.
