If JMM got that hit on Money May, would Money have hit the canvas?

The punch that would give may a kd or at.least stun him was the first kd on pacquiao as mosely caught him similarly

Manny was already concussed from the first knockdown. Both fighters were fighting hurt. Both their movements were sluggish and woozy. Marquez just was able to last a little longer. Felt whoever landed the next big shot was gonna win IMO.

I agree Manny looked good, he wasn't slowing down, but I think this strategy was better than their last one. To be honest, that could have been Marquez laying on the canvas had the universe unfolded slightly differently. But those moments and inches are what separate fighters competing at the highest level.

As others have said, it's unlikely Mayweather would ever walk into such a punch.

However,it was a perfectly timed/aimed power punch, who's effect was amplified by the other fighter not seeing it, and walking right into it. I think any welterweight, receiving that punch in identical circumstances, night ends there and then.

IF Floyd did get hit with the same punch, it would have broken Marquez' hand.

I'd almost go as far as saying he looked ****ing awesome compared to how he's been performing the last couple years, exception of the first KD of course.

I think that shot would KO Money May and any other welterweight, super welterweight, and possibly some middleweights and super middleweights. Would he get into that position? Probably not. But, nobody is invincible and sometimes you get hit with a lucky blow.

    Edit: hahaha, 666 vcash.

Mayweather would not have charged in recklessly, but that punch could quite possibly have put mayweather down had they exchanged at close quarters.Theres a better chance mayweather would have hit the canvas with the punch marquez landed in round 3,at least in my opinion.

Hopefully, Floyd isn't "stoopid" enough to run into a punch like that!

that "hit" did not exist in the old marquez. so, it is a mute point.
