People get quiet an come out the woodwork when there is a loss. Ive defended may an felt bad he was not himself takin punishment from cotto, defended juan with his juicing accusations, Ive defended pac too. Check my past posts. Corny lames have stuck around this site for years just in hopes of seeing someone flat an its hes a one an done. shame people are so dumb on here. Do you guys watch ezzard charles flat out just for a bias enjoyment against cause you are walcott supporters?

You are right, there are a ton of non-fans on here. I'm not going to lie, I've been really critical of some of the **** Manny's pulled over the last couple of years, but the guy is a ****ing warrior in every sense of the word, and seeing him get blasted out like that was rough. Last time I felt that bad for a fighter was Jones/Tarver II.

I really don't know why so many people are like that.

It's like they are trying to say "i told you so" when they actually haven't said ****.

I call it the "last night syndrome" ...everyone forgets what boxers like PAC,Cotto,Hatton have accomplished and start blasting them. Or make judgments based of the last night fight without considering specific situations. It happens in this forum every single time after a fight.

    Garcia/Morales II for me ;)

On topic though...I wouldn't expect any less considering 90% of the people on here are little 13 year old middle class white kids who've never stepped into a gym in their lives. They don't understand the game.

I agree all that is happening is an end of a era in the wake of cotto and PAC, the defeats it's no different from Leonard Duran hearns and hagler near the tail end of they careers hell look at dlh Trinidad and mosley Vargas near the end of they careers same will probably happen to Garcia ward broner donaire Alvarez etc when they age nothing lasts forever my friends

This. And I'm a huge mayweather, and jones fan.

Nuff respect to PAC, the man does bring it on fight night, and as a fan I will always respect fighters like that. Rough ko lost, but props to Marquez for finally getting it done

I dont know how anyone can have anything less than full respect for both these guys. They both said they were gonna go for the KO and they both did that. We got a great fight with a explosive finish and no controversy. Boxing fans should be happy and not feel the need to bash either of these guys. Manny is a mortal just like everyone else. I think somewhere deep down people like to think that some people are near invinsible, as a result we have $25 million paydays and are obsessed with win streaks and undefeated records. Its a grand illusion that just taps into our imaginations, but what happened to Manny can happen to ANY fighter. There was a certain poetic justice to last nights fight, and we got to see vindication, excitement, karma, drama, all rolled up into 6 memorable rounds. What more can we want as boxing fans?

Yeah obviously. And we will miss twenty dip**** ******* threads getting started every day. And we will miss every thread turning into an incomprehensible mess when *******s crash non Pacquaio threads and start breathing heavy. I'm not happy seeing someone who was once one of my favorite fighters circle the drain but I'm not missing all the bull**** that came with it.

Ever since DLH talked himself into sacrificing himself to Pacquiao, Pac quit being good for the sport of boxing and its his own decisions that bring about criticism. Considering Pac got paid over 20 million last night and nearly 10 times more than his opponent, who was basically ripped off, You'll excuse me for not losing sleep over Pac taking a big right hand.
