I would say if he was asked to take random blood testing for his next fight... and if he declined, say for example he came with some lame excuse like he is scared of needles in order to avoid the tests... then clearly I would say he was on PED's...

i dont get it! to me, he just looks like a normal atlete lifting weight that hasent done it for 25 years.. ofcourse when you lift weight together with boxing exersises, you gonna get bigger, and ripped at the same time.people REALLY need to learn about strengt training.take a lisence or something.
