Vazquez turned down a fight with Broner for $350,000 earlier in the year

Well, it would not have been a "unification bout", would it?

I doubt HBO would still offer Vasquez much more than that. If they would even want him on, at all.

 

I would like to see Broner face either Abril or Vasquez.

We must realize though that if either of those fights get made we might have the first fight in history(or that I can remember) in which over 12 rounds we have less than 100 punches landed total.

 

Schaefer mentioned Abril, but hopefully, HBO votes him down. :hey
