http://www.***********.com/pacquiao-roach-differ-on-exact-plan-return--60403 Time off is great advice. Glad Roach didn't set Pac up to wind up like himself.
after that knockout over 6 months is required. I remember Emanuel Steward saying after a big knockout, he wanted his fighters to take 6 months off for the body to recover, although Hearns fought 5 months after Barkley in 1988 and less the 3 months after Leonard in 1981 on the Ali/Berbick undercard. Hearns even sparred Ali.
It remains to be seen whether Pac's whiskers will EVER be the same. Regardless of what happens, this is a good move. It will help that shattered mandible to recover, perhaps.
I wonder what this does to Arum's plan?? Will he keep JMM on Ice like he has done to Bradley? Or will he have the balls to give us JMM Vs. Bradley
Newsflash to newbies! When a fighter is knocked out cold a 6 month off the sport/gym is a must in almost all cases.
Pacman has been on the slide for years, and with a dent in his chin he will not take punches like he use to.
You are over 60 years old and still alive posting nonsense I wouldn't even think of when I was 7 years old. Please, choke on a god damned Pretzel and get off this planet already.
If I were him I'd stay out until November/December. That way you look at ALL your options. Right now Pacquiao is stuck with a 5th fight with Marquez or a fight with Rios. Both are very dangerous and not good fights for him to take right now.
