WWE Champion at the Twilight of his career becomes UFC Heavyweight Champion with a couple months of training at age 30. Fat man Butterbean aged 40 has a winning record in MMA. Washed up retired NFL athletes winning MMA titles left and right. You see the pattern here?

What a load of shite, there are guys in the lower MMA weight divisons from Asia that have more pro ring expereience than most boxers ever have amatuer and pro fights combined. And if your talking about discipline and skill look no further than Rambaa Somdet and Yodsanan 3K, both guys that have been fighting and training professionally since around the age of 8 with excess of 200 pro fights with such highly developed striking skill sets that make boxing skills look very one dimensional.
