You just kind of got the feeling that something crazy was going to happen as soon as Big George got on the air! And then Nonito opened up like crazy.

Fired-up to hear Foreman and Merchant together for one last time. They were the Dynamic Duo of boxing commentating!

George is my favorite boxing commentator of all time, and the duo of him and Merchant together was a brilliant clash of personality.

Who do you think will fill Larry's spot: Big George, Lennox, Max, Roy Jones, Al Bernstein, Teddy Atlas or a wild card?

Among this group, who do you definitely not want to see?

I always liked Big George haha not always 100% accurate but he's fun to listen too. Lennox is bad. Max is alright. I like Roy Jones, Al Bernstein is another good one, Teddy Atlas is passionate about the sport but I dont like him personally

I always assumed Max was being groomed as his replacement during a shared transition period.

Given the fact I said Foreman was my favorite commentator of all time, I'd obviously love to see him back in the mix.

That was pretty awesome. I didn't even care about the fight when I heard Big George and Merchant talking at the same time.

I wouldn't mind Kellerman. Dispite the hate people are giving him, I find him quite a good commentator

Max Kellerman has grew on me, he's a decent commentator.

Big George was fun though, even if he did spout nonsense on a regular basis.

George has that Southern sweetness to his tongue which is nice, but as far as unbiased boxing commentary...far from it. He always has a favorite and they've been upset time and time again
