Divac - send us a link as to where Ariza was doing his Strength and conditioning training with Pacquiao in the 3rd fight. It's one thing saying "best camp ever" but that doesn't mean they were doing Ariza's routine.

Immeditaely after the MArquez 3 fight Ariza was quoted as saying "We need to get back to the basics again, we need to do what we did in the days we were successful and there was no cramps" - he goes on to say Pacquiao told him he would do it his way.

Roach has said Ariza provides advice and stretches Pacquiao and monitors but Pacquiao does NOT follow the strength and conditioning plan Ariza lays out, he does his own thing.

Ariza went on to say in November 2011 "I know my way is very hard, it's very taxing. It's very uncomfortable but there is a reason for it....I don't want to make excuses about leg cramps but our fights are getting worse. Unless we get back to what we did in the beginning I don't see how we're going to progress"

So divac, show us where it's proven that Pacquiao followed Ariza's program - my guess is you are speculating and are just throwing it in because you dont' want it to be seen as an excuse as you're a Pacquiao hater / Mayweather nuthugger

People knock Ariza because it's fashionable to do so - these are the same people praising Heredia and the work he's done with MArquez LOL Go figure, the agendas people have on this forum is crazy...

Ariza is good at what he does. One of the best. But he talks way too much **** and tries to hog the limelight and at times talks regarding the technical aspects which really he has no business talking about. He's a strength and conditioning coach he needs to stfu and just do his job. Interviews such as "we need to go back to basics " after a fight is perfectly fine. It's the rest of the time when he chats all sorts of **** and tries to grab headlines, that's when he pisses people off, including me

If Ariza starts talking boxing then sure, agreed. But we're talking purely about his conditioning program

How is he trying to hog limelight when he unlike Roach is looking out for the best interest of his fighter, and not being a dickriding yes man

Man I'm so tired of hearing about this ****...bottom line training and getting in tip top shape is a key element in winning fights, if Manny didn't train hard enough that's on him. KO6 please ****ing deal with it, for the love of God...please.

To me he looked better physically vs JMM than he has for a while until the KO. He seemed faster and more powerful like he did around the Oscar-Hatton-Cotto fights. Would doing Ariza's drills have made any difference if he's walking into those same shots?

Its common knowleadge my friend that Pacquiao was looking sharp as a razor in training camp in the leadup to the 3rd Marquez.
So motivated for fight 3 was Pacquiao he started training camp early for that 3rd Marquez fight, something he had'nt done for several of his past fights.

Ariza was talking up a storm when it was learned who Heredia was. He took it as a challenge as if it were him vs Heredia going at it.

During the leadup both Roach and Ariza could'nt make up their mind in which round Marquez would fall, the 1st of the 3rd.

Ariza-"Even God cant help JMM vs Manny!"

"I'll bet my check vs his!"

"He's not going to do anything for Marquez, I beat Conte and I'll beat this dude too!"- When referring to Angel Heredia.

These are only a couple of links to Ariza's statements, there are alot more out there if you search for them.
The making up of excuses comes easy when you're exposed!.........

there is just absolutely nothing he can do to eradicate what happened on dec 8. no amount of strength training can stop him from being ko like that
