Don't believe it until they actually step in the ring together.

 

I think Wladimir has the upper hand in every department except age. But age is only a dissadvantage when the fighter is looking old.

Wladimir is looking great every fight and we all know he isn't exactly going out at night with his brother to sniff coke and bang strippers. He is taking care of himself so he aint going nowhere.


Povetkin will struggle with that jab and will eventaully get KO'd when hit by the flush right hands.

 

His career has been ****ed up last few years. If he is up for it, he has chance, but Klitschko is obvious favorite to win. I'd like to see him pull it off, providing he would fight other brother, making one champ in heavyweight division. Unlikely though, both scenarios.

Povetkin at his best (3-4 years ago) didn't have nuch of a chance, and the current version will get completely manhandeled.

 

Wlad will pummel him.

 

A better question would be: Will Povetkin actually make it to the ring?

On paper he's got the strongest chance. Clearly he's a level above both Sanders and Brewster. To beat Wlad you've got to be able to be prepared to take a shot or two to land yourself, you need a chin. Well that's something Povetkin has in spades. With his head movement, agility and ferocious combination punching on the inside he has the best tools to get past Wlad's jab and do some serious damage on the inside. Yes Wlad's the favourite but this fight is far from easy for him. How will Wlad's stamina hold up against the iron chinned relentless Povetkin? I can envisage Povetkin bringing Wlad into deep waters around the 10th/11th round but can he drown the champ? It's a brilliant stylistic match up between two phenomenal fighters.

I have a feeling Povetkin will do a quit job.

He looks like one of those guys! He'll get pummled for 5 rounds,start huffing and puffing and then quit. He was beaten by Huck rather handily and repeatedly rocked.

Povetkin used to be good but regressed since he lost Atlas and started fighting bums.
