Lets be realistic here. No Aussie heavyweight apart from Lucas Brown is going to get anywere on the world stage.
Alex has no skill just power and heart. Mark has skill yet lacks the mindset.
Brown is the only guy with power improving skills and a backbone. He also has the promoter and management to get him the big shots.

well leapai has challenged him. we'll soon find out how big brownes balls are. i suggest they are quale eggs.

you recon browne beats leapai? the challenge has been put to browne. we'll soon find out if browne is really yellow. because if he says no to alex, he is **** scared, if he wasnt, hed take the fight and prove he is oz's best.

browne wont take the fight. he has **** himself.....yellow down his back and browne down his arse.

You are a spastic. Brown can say yes. If his promoter says no then he cant fight him. Why would Hatton want him to fight Alex when it does nothing for his british profile. He could fight UK based fighters like Skelton Towers etc and set up a massive payday against Fury or Price.
Alex is a limited slugger with power. That is all. He is to small to become a top hesvyweight. Lucas is better in all departments. Better boxer. Better handspeed. Better footwork and more power.

No Aussie heavyweight at the moment Lucas Browne & Alex Leapai included is going to get anywhere near Heavyweight contender status.
At best they are journeyman/gatekeeper level & will get beat by any top 25/30 Heavyweight.
BTW i would back Leapai to starch Browne if it happened.

Finally a realistic perspective that I have to agree with on all points.

Kagsy old son got da beat , Lucas is being lined up for a big fight here in the UK but commonwealth is as far as I see the kid going guys like Sal mean well enough in their rantings but realistically the gyms here and across Europe are teaming with former eastern block fighters who would park either Alex or Lucas up should they ever dip their toes into that arena , I mean no disrespect here either but like Kagsy I'm just keeping it real .

any fighter that has proven he is prepared to step up, cant be knocked for taking an easy fight after a hand operation.

it has nothing to do with padding a record. its making sure that if your hand gets reinjured early during the first fight back, he isnt left in deep water with only one hand.
