    How many times will ESB put up with the same troll threads? It makes a potentially top boxing site look lame :-(

    VK was injured and didn't want to risk making the injury worse and truly ending his career - which is what the haters wanted.

    If Wlad could easily beat Byrd 2X, I'm sure an uninjured VK would too. By mid-late 30s Byrd was done as a factor in the HW div. Byrd then tried some crash weight loss program dropping to LHW. Looking like he had AIDS, he lost his first - and only - fight at LHW. He retired soon after. VK into his early 40s is still fighting HWs, at times much younger HWs and still winning :p
