The great Khosai Galaxy was a great great fighter worthy of serious consideration here.

Harada's a good shout, but it's probably Pacquiao. Jung Koo Chang of Korea was a monster too.

can we make a case for people like tyzu and the klitchkos? weren't they born in central asia? i'm very proud that chinese finally got their first chinese world chamion @ 105 pounds. this too me is bigger than yao ming and jeremy lin. frustrates me that in china out of a billion people we can't find a boxing superstar.

He's out there but they have to find him. If you can find an NBAer you can find a world class boxer

This guy is nowhere near contention for the title of greatest asian fighter. He holds the record for number of title defenses, but has an extremely poor ledger for someone considered a HOF'er. Fact of the matter is that he never faced any of the other top 115 pounders in a strong era for. Galaxy wouldn't even rank in the top 5 115lb'ers pf all time.

Yeah, he's up with Elorde, Harada, and Pancho.

    Clearly below Pacquiao though...

Not troubling the top of the list but deserves a mention In-Jin Chi the man who derailed the Michael Brodie Express.
