Why did Pacquiao fight Mosley after he got dominated by FMJ, then drew with Mora?

I don't understand, shouldn't a warrior like Pac fight him coming off a win?

I hope some Pacquiao fans come in here and claim he somehow fought the superior version of Mosley. That one's always good for a laugh.

Cause roach saw that Mosley can't pull the trigger any more. Cherry picking 101

Why did Pac fight a 4th fight with JMM after Pac got the nod twice, and a draw? BOB ARUM!
Mosley didn't make much sense, a fourth fight with JMM no sense, a catchweight with Cotto at 145 didn't make sense considering he was 146 the previous fight (though that may have been more from Roach and Pac's team).
I like Pac, but he really needs to get rid of most of them. Pretty obvious he doesn't care much who he fights.

The serious answer is because Pacquiao had been criticized for not fighting a slick African-American boxer, and there is no one who has ever been more deserving of the adjective "slick" than 2011 Shane Mosley.

Trying to beat somebody more impressively than Floyd did in order to be rated more highly. Also make some good money in the process because Mosely was still a name.

Pacquiao also fought Marquez who was coming off wins at lightweight and a loss to Mayweather at welterweight. Don't worry, the likes of you will never understand.

Because mosley was magically shot by mayweather jr.

People look at pac as fighting a shot version of mosley but tey forget the fact tat pacquiao put sgar shane on te floor in a very very long time and mosley went into running mode. Something we havent seen from mosley..

Besides mosley is a shitty fighter on te big stage anyways..

Mosley sucked anyway no mattee how you spin it

Some *******s did. There was even a front page story exclaiming Mosley was still in his prime. I contended that even before FMJ faced him, Shane was already old and beat a Margarito who was a bum without bricks. The only reason FMJ fought that Mosley was because Shane tried to punk FMJ after one of his fights.

Pac has fought past prime names with the exception of first fight with Barrera. That was, without a doubt, his best fight. Sadly, it's gone down from there. And for the record, I think JMM won all his fights with Pac. Lucky judging.
