Now remember a lot is a stake for this fight. If Adamek wins he could be Tyson Fury's debut opponent in the U.S at Madison Square Garden!Tyson Fury's American debut is going to a a huge massive event! It is going to be a sellout there is no doubt

The fact Cunningham weighing only 3lbs over the CW limit (wich I feared in advance) kinda took the sting out of this fight for me.

But at least we still got Glazkov vs Hamer to look forward too.

How would more weight benefit USS? He's more skilled than Adamek and a little faster. I don't see the need to overpower Tomasz. This will all be about Cunningham's chin which is, sadly, likely to crack once again.

Thanks for the heads up, IB. If I hadn't read the title of this thread I wouldn't have known the fight is being shown on a major network. Would be nice if we can get network notification for all big future fights. It makes a big difference when it's posted in a thread title.

The future of boxing depends on NBC and other major networks. Completely idiotic that boxing just went HBO/PPV over the years. It kills the fanbase because only hardcore fans watch and there are barely any casual fans. The only people who benefit are the top guys who earn a boat load of money. The fans and non-star fighters all lose at the end of the day.

Hope there can be a resurgence in boxing with NBC. The NHL did it. Basically started out on Versus with a couple NBC dates and has transformed the entire network into a sports network and has most of the playoffs shown on NBC. It's only growing too and in the next couple decades the NHL will grow bigger than the NBA.

I would say Cunningham was more skilled when they fought by a little bit. However, Adamek is vastly more talented than Cunningham now.

I know people have this fight close because of the first one, but Adamek will win this one decisively. He'll outland and outbox Cunningham and will either stop him or put him on the canvas at least a couple times.

I'm in Canada and have NBC HD on and ready to go. Let's help bring boxing back to the mainstream!
