I haven't bought the Ring for years now but when I started reading it back in the 70's and the 60's editions they were full of stories of the old timers.
Yes, and on up into the eighties and nineties they did as well. It was a better magazine back then and I never missed an issue, but today I never buy it. I think it could be that the internet age has made the magazine somewhat obsolete. Any good article can be printed out or saved for rereading later, and you miss the previously mentioned fluff and garbage that clutters their magazine in glossy living color, like the ring card girls and other unnecessary stuff.
Yes definitely! i don't know if Peter Heller is still around, but a revised edition of "In This Corner" would be wonderful.
