Could be a good fight if it happens next and would be a real tough one for Degale IMO but one he would just be capable of winning if he was at his best. Degale is pushing to try and get a WBC title shot Bika is WBC number 5 (Degale is 4) and that would help sustain maybe rise his position in the future. The only men Bika has lost to fairly in last 10 years are Bute, Calzaghe and Ward so if Degale was to get a victory against Bika it would put him up there. Bika is a gatekeeper at world level and this is the kind of level Degale needs to be fighting at if he is to fulfill his ambitions to become a world champion.

Personally I see this as a very close fight which Degale would just edge by a point or two.

Could very possibly happen in January as well

Bika will knock him out cos DeGale still goes on the ropes too much.

Its a risk but a worthy one IMO. Its an acid test. Its a well used phrase but he only gets beaten by the very best and is a good bridge between Zuniga and the titlists.

Bika brings things that DeGale really struggles with and he can punch pretty hard. Good jab, aggressive and seriously tough. Sure, he's faded from his best but he can still bring it. Based on straight form, I'd say Bika stops DeGale, who can't punch hard enough to keep the Cameroonian off him.

A big test but if Degale shows the improvement which he did in Zuniga fight then I think he can outpoint Bika

Bika could be physically the strongest guy in boxing.

  11. bika has improved over the years too

would pick him as degale seems to have zero power

Bika would whack him up. How exactly would Degale keep him off him. Doesn't have the speed, savvy or power. He'll ponce around on the ropes and get smashed and I for one would enjoy seeing it

Horrible fight for DeGale at the minute, Bika is one man who DeGale needs to stay the **** away from.

He's ridiculously easy to back up, and Bika has backed up stronger fighters with better feet.

I think he'd be bashed up and rescued late in the fight.

    Bika late stoppage or points
If Ward couldn't keep him off I don't see how Degale can
