I just watched Chavez Jr-Martinez again. Sergio was done and got saved by the bell

He was knocked down, dizzy, and traded punches with the guy for half a minute and looked like he hurt him, Chavez was was looking like he had nothing left in the tank at the end of the fight

You have to realise Martinez was actually knocked down, and finished the fight on his feet like a G after taking flush shot after flush shot

In 11 rounds of the fight he showed boxing skill, ring IQ, handspeed, power

And in the 12th round he showed huge ****in balls and gave the people a show :deal

 

Sergio is a ****ing G who got knocked down in the final round and stood toe to toe rather than get on his bike.

chavez had 36 minutes to ko martinez in that fight and he couldnt do it. martinez was prepared to box for the full twelve rounds and it showed. maybe chavez will show us more in the rematch. who knows.

It was a cakewalk for 11 and 1/2 rounds. I give credit to Chavez for taking a ****ing pounding and ALMOST knocking him out...but he still choked and could not finish a smaller, older fighter.

That was a lucky punch Jr landed on Sergio. If not for that it would of been a total embarrassment for Jr. A rematch, if Sergio is recuperated, will only help Jr getting ko'd for the first time in his career.
