The only time I saw the clash of heads in this vid was at the end ,the rest of he video shows Ward tagging Mikkel at will.

I'd look at it and give you an opinion but the video hasn't been made available in my country. Have you seen this one?

Because it shows Ward throwing a punch, Kessler blocking it, then Ward ducking low and coming in with his head thrust forward and hands down by his waist. He hits Kessler with a headbutt then throws his arms around him in a clinch.

Ward seems scared... He constantly talks about rematching Froch, but wants none of Kessler.

If Ward got aggressive and pushed for the stoppage he'd get it, once he got up close he'd murder Kessler on the inside and since Kessler has no inside game he'd back until he hit the ropes then it'd be good night Copenhagen.

eventhough im from denmark, i agree wtih the fact, that wards beats everyone at 168, ill evne throw in 175. He is imo the best fighter in the world, might not suit the floyd fanatics, but ward is better at this moment in time.

However, using the drained zombie dawson, as a benchmark, is laughable.

Thats not true - when Ward is using his head to come inside Kessler will knock him out like that Boone did..

Du kan da ikke seriøst mene at Ward slår Kessler i København?

this argument arose, because kessler said he wanted to fight ward, ward later claimed he and his promoter had never talked to sauerland.

Ward also stated, that kessler and froch didnt want to fight him and therefore had a fight lined up against eachother in order to avoid him, basically saying they ducked him. whcih quite frankly is an insane pov.

Ward should be going all out to stop kessler vs froch. If i had his talent i´d be asking to fight them in copenhagen and nottingham respectively, thats where the money is. If kessler vs froch happens, ward loses out on one them. Moneywise i´d probably be kessler first and froch a close second. No one in the smw division would bring the same amount of money and ward would shut up his critics, about not travelling.

Kessler wakes up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, his wife asks him what is wrong. He says "Andre Ward was about to get me". He should just be happy holding onto his replica of Ward's belt like any other fan and keep out of the way so he doesn't get hurt.

i do. It is going to be closer, but ward wil win.

Hvis du lige tager de røde og hvide national briller af, så vil du forhåbentlig også komme frem til samme konklusion.

I fully aknowledge that Dawson was very much weakened by the drop down in weight, infact I was one of the few people who made threads about it BEFORE the fight saying it was terrible idea for the fight to happen at 168lb and mentioned how it would hurt Dawson this was again BEFORE it became popular to jump on the 'he was drained' bandwagon.

But still my observations on how Ward faught have not changed.

Boone didn't knock him out he knocked him down (and Ward still won) that's what it's all about, fighting through adversity and getting the W.

If Ward is such a big bad man all he has to do is go to Denmark like Froch did and beat Kessler again conclusively and without headbutts. He can shut EVERYBODY the **** up by doing that.

So why won't he? Because he need every advantage possible and he's the most boring fighter of the last 60 years

That video is two minutes long. If memory served, wasn't the fight ten or eleven rounds?

Dawson might be technically sound, but his punch output is incredibly low. Perhaps even lower than a 50 year old Hopkins.

Dawson was trash against Ward. Dry as a raisin and KTFO by Miranda sparring the week before. I don't rate that as a signature win for Ward at all. Ward's best win is against Kessler's leftovers.
