    Kessler by a mile.

Froch was clearly defeated and Ward did it with a boken hand.

Kessler had a terrible eyeinjury and Ward benefitted from the most biased refereeing so far in this millenium.

Kessler seems to be more likely to adopt a Plan B than Froch, but I can't really see a plan that works for him. Outside? Ward is better. Inside? Ward is better.

I really like both Froch and Kessler, and commend them and Ward for participating in the Super Six, but Ward is just a step above.

Kessler's eye was so bad he drove himself and a car load of people to a press conference to announce it. :good

    I agree.

    But for a different reason.

Ward was a big surprise for Kessler and the boxing world... so Kessler will come into the fight much wiser (and healthier) to Ward's skills (and Goosen's games).

When Froch met Ward in the final, there were no surprises. Froch new what he was getting and Ward actually boxed a cleaner fight that he usually does. So harder to see how Carl can be much wiser to fighting Ward now.

I don't think Kessler will beat Ward, I'm just saying he will give a better account of himself and couple that Ward cannot be so dirty this time round.

As there isn't much talent in the division don't mind seeing both rematches.

It is a very stacked division.

In Dan Raphael's latest pound for pound list Froch, Kessler and Ward are all in the top 15.

I agree. Whenever fighters from adjacent divisions try to mix it with these fighters they almost always find out just how how the level is. Just look at Taylor, Abraham from 160... or Green, Dawson, Pascal, Johnson etc from 175. All belong to the top in the other division, but get smoked against the 168 fighters.

Are you insinuating that the injury was fake?

don't let your allegiances cloud your judgment

who does better is a moot point, since ward is better than both

the real question should be who wins a rematch between froch and kessler in england, since that is the fight people would love to see

kessler won the first fight, but i would back froch on home turf

I think he's clearly insinuating that Kessler is Daredevil

Neither fighter is beating Ward in a rematch or even make it a close fight. That said, it's pretty clear that Froch would do better than Kessler. Kessler is better technically than Froch, but that actually makes him stiff and more easy to deal with for Ward, and unlike Froch, Kessler doesn't have the heart to wade in on Ward and just throw punches trying to force Ward into trading knowing that you'll be eating a lot of leather in the process.

thats a bad call, saying kessler doesn't have "heart"

he's gone the distance with the 2 best SMW's of his era, and has defeated froch
