Who's greater: De la Hoya or Shane Mosley?

I would have to say De La Hoya even if I'm a bigger Mosley fan.

 

I dont think either was at their best for the rematch.

I'm talking about the fight at ww. Both in their primes and shane came out on top.

I scored the rematch to Oscar but neither really belonged in that division.

 

mosley is just the better boxer, that's why mosley. I mean when they fought the first time, it was prime mosley vs prime oscar, so whoever wins a "prime" match, can say "I am the better boxer." shane won, so there it is.

as far as resume, both suck and had much to many losses. but hey, they realy fought anybody. floyd would have never had the balls to go up and try X or Trinidad

 

When someone uses the word "greater", I think legacy. You used the word "better". I don't think the two are quite the same.

 

I thinks Mosley was the better fighter, but Oscar was the better boxer and transcended the sport. I always preferred watching Mosley tho

The Golden Girl LOST to Trinidad and Mosley. Get over it. If you de la Hoya nut huggers are going to say Oscar won the Trinidad fight and the Mosley rematch then own up to him having LOST the Whitaker, Sturm and Quartey fights.

 

Everybody lost to Whitaker, Nay_Sayer. Except Trinidad, who would've been stood on his head had they met a few years earlier. Congrats on besting a shot to ****, crack riddled version though. Broken jaw in the sixth round, and still not put out.

de la hoya is better, had the better wins also, mosley is an ATG at 135 but he ruined himself by being a cheat and that awful performance against floyd and pac brings him down terribly

 

Youre an idiot. Winky turn down 6 million dollars to fight oscar cause he said "If everybody else got 10 million to fight Oscar, then why cant i?" Winky before he retired as never recieve a 6 million dollar pay day. Winky is known to turn down big pay days like the oscar fight and the taylor rematch. Just stfu nay_sayer.

 

^^And? This means oscar did win big fights cause if many thought oscar lost to ike, whitaker, sturm then many thought oscar beat trinidad and mosley rematch. So either way oscar has won big fights.
