    Workout A:
    Crunches (circuit)
    Squats (circuit)
    2minx5 Heavybag
    2minx5 Skipping

    Workout B:
    Push Ups (circuit)
    Chin Ups (circuit)
    2minx5 Shadow Boxing
    2minx5 Skipping

I am to eventually do 3minx5 for bag and shadow.
And eventually do skipping for 10min straight.
I also increase the reps of the bodyweight exercises weekly.
I alternate A&B routines every day.
I work out 6 days a week. (i work late wednesdays)

i dunno what your goals are, so i cant tell you if this is sufficient or not..

if you wanna be fit, this training will probably work.. in other cases, probably not

Sounds like you're just starting out getting back into shape so it doesn't seem bad. Have you been trained before? Because if not then drop everything and get to a gym, you'll only engrain bad habits.

If you want to mix it up, you can try different ab workouts (russian twists, kick-ups, planks, etc.), mountain-climbers, sprints, work a slip rope, get some small weights for strength and endurance shoulder exercises, do toe-touches, etc. A medicine ball is also good to have around to compliment ab workouts and do slams, catch it and toss it above your head, etc.

Its sufficient enough for keeping fit and being in a decent shape, would help to vary up on push ups and ab excersizes.
