    Chavez won't be fighting in May he has yet to go before the Nevada Commission for his failed test from the Martinez fight. He will be suspended at least 6 months possibly more.

    They'll count the suspension as starting on 9/16, so he would be able to fight by May even if he gets 6 months. Plus if the suspension is longer, Arum could just go to Texas where he can do whatever the hell he wants.
