fixed that for Devon :good It probably will be a close fight, with Devon getting the upper hand in the later rounds, getting a clear UD for fighting at home soil.
Devon is a bit boring but he's always in competitive fights against the most dangerous opponents. Never tries to pad his record or cherry picks. I tend to root for Devon but in this fight I'm going for Brook only because I want to see a new star emerge at 147. That division needs a good stir. Not much happening as of late. Outside of Pac and Floyd there's nobody worth talking about. Bradley is feather fisted and is getting frozen out by Arum. Pac will only fight a 40 yr old lightweight. Floyd rarely even fights. Berto is disappointing. Ortiz is inactive. Thurman just moved up since nobody will fight him. 147 needs a shakeup.
Spot on. I'd much rather see Brook win but can't help edging towards Devon. He's certainly been in there with the better opposition, competing at a higher level for a long time. Brook on the other hand really struggled with Jones, hence my reluctance to back him against Devon. It's all going to be about the boxing this one, who has the better jab and who can maintain the discipline for 12 rounds (I can't see it ending in a KO). It'll be close but I think Devon wins this by 2 clear rounds.
