I always remembered it being kind on close but nah..... I saw it again last night and he hit Pacquiao with more that 100 hard right hands and left hooks to the head and body that fight. check it out for your self : [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46Bxn6zL0ec[/ame]
No doubt. You got that gif of him mocking the PAC move where he puts his hands up and then steals off him
I don't but i do remember the GIF when he was clowning Danny in fight one he made him miss and waved his hands in front of him making fun of his ass Erik is in fact GOD! :bbb
Yeah too bad he got treated in both rematches :rofl atsch He should've said no to rematches and his record would've been impeccable
I remember that. He is making fun of his wide swinging punches. Garcia threw a bunch of haymakers and they all missed Morales so Morales mocks him by throwing some wide looping shots. Dannys left hook has bailed him out a few times. Someone who can time him would make him pay big time. catch him in the middle or after that hook. Dude is not even looking when he throws. He ducks and swings for the fences.
Yep, a still good Morales, but not prime. Just another valid argument that says Pac loses to prime greats. These prime fighters would beat Pac, undrained: Morales (already did and wasn't prime) Marquez (atleast already did twice) Mosley De La Hoya Cotto Bradley (already did) Anyone I'm missing? Barrerra
Come on bro, i'm a huge Floyd fan but this was a brilliant, competitive fight between two proud warriors. In fact, i think it's a very under-rated fight and one of the ATG fights. Morales coming out in the 12th as a southpaw to stand and trade whilst ahead on the cards is a big part of why Morales is a complete and utter ****ing G!
The Marquez fights were debateable. You cantn just state as fact that Marquez won. His fight against Bradely was a much clearer win for Pac than any of the first 3 fights against Marquez were for Marquez. He beat a prime Barrera, and as much as the Morales lovers want to admit otherwise, he beat a prime Morales too. I dont buy the "he was washed up by 28" bull****
I thought it was fairly close 2 or 3 rounds in it.....but what struck me was how Morales landed the bigger shots imho!
For a guy who just moved up in weight and suffered a huge cut due to a head butt to win 4 rounds is awesome. There's no doubt that if Pac had not suffered that big cut he would have won 2 more rounds to even the scorecards. Plus that was not a prime Pac, jab jab straight left. No Reyes gloves Wrong socks When Pac had the right equipment = Morales got knocked out
kool, ima watch all this **** now. only seen highlights before. people saying he aint prime morrales, his 28 years old in this. for a footballer, that is as prime as you are going to get, 28, experience, still got your speed, reflexes etc, i know they dont get hit in the face, and been in several wars, but surely he couldnt of been that far from Prime. i say he was prime, but he was against a reletively unknown monster. i appreciate pac even more now i seen him out cold lol question, who was favourite in this?
Age is irrelevant ,it's the mileage. Barerra had 60 fights by the time he fought PAC and Mores has 50 And they both turned pro at 15 years old
