Froch v Stevenson is on! (April or May)

Would have preferred Kessler like I'm sure all of us would have but this fight could be interesting, Stevenson's a good operator who could give Carl a really good fight. Better than rematch with Bute anyway.

I fear that a rematch with Kessler probably can't ever be done though. Mikkel sounds as if he's unwilling to come to England for it, he hasn't sounded too enthused about the idea in interviews. If a deal couldn't be reached now by their promoters then I fear that it probably never will.

Hopefully I'm wrong and they can agree to do it for later this year instead.

 

Risky fight for Carl, maybe Hearn is looking to make the Kessler fight in the summer in a stadium? Well hopefully.

 

Not the fight that the fans want, lets not make Stevenson out to be something he is not he is tremendously average.

Matchroom have been disappointing for the past few months now.

Might be a negotiation ploy from Matchroom. Still happy with this fight, its only dissapointing because we thought it would be Kessler.

Really don't like this fight at all, Stevenson doesn't have a good chin so the only realistic outcome is a Froch KO, Stevenson does posses some power but Carl has a solid beard so I can't really see Stevenson hurting him and I don't even think he will land with any frequency.

Matchroom aren't delivering like they promised, disappointing from Eddie but obviously expected.

 

If Froch/Kessler happens in july or august when i am on holiday i will be devastated!

Froch stops Stevenson late on, hopefully after a prolonged beatdown.

Adonis is next best fighter Matchroom can bring, as for some of the posts regarding Adonis you clueless morons if you think this guy is average. He has explosive power with very fast hands and will come for a war. It is a great fight.
