Marquez is the second best counter-puncher in the world after Floyd of course and besides that I think Marquez has some decent power in his right hand and very good accuracy. For the Pac fight he worked a lot to increase his power and to punch more harder, plus that Pac has stepped into his punch.:yep

There is a video on youtube with Marquez doing a sparring session and there he drops his sparring partner with the same punch that he KO'd Pac !:yep

Marquez' KO power/plan of attack and execution worked on that specific night, during that specific moment, with that specific punch for exactly the right opponent. End of story.
