Sounds like a good card, Price vs Perez could be a good future match up too.

 

about bloody time its been a year since he last fought, big ****ers like that cant afford to **** around so long, they always look like **** after long layoffs

 

A sharp Perez could be the kryptonite matchup for Price. After seeing how easily a fossilised Skelton was able to get on the inside and rough him up, I fear that a someone a bit more fleet of foot and hand would be able to make things very dangerous for Price.

I'd argue Zack Page and Friday Ahunanya are up there with any of Prices other scalps

plus the style matchup favours perez

 

Price would KO both Page and Friday early, Fields was also absolutely knackered from his 2 previous contests on the night. That fight is insignificant.

EDIT: I know Friday doesn't get knocked out early but he had 3 loses in a row before that fight and clearly isn't very good any more.

Zack Page is teak tough as well, world class journeymen they are, don't look at the records, current skelton and co would go life and death with those pair

 

Price literally destroyed Skelton and co though, he beat Sexton, Harrison, McDermott and Skelton in less rounds than it took Fury to beat just McDermott.

 

With all the hate for Price and his opposition, why is Perez been anointed some sort of Kingmaker?

Look I said it before, Price does have big power, but I feel he's going to have problems when one of the following happens

A) He fights someone who can take his power

B) He fights someone with the defence to not get hit

I think Perez may well fall into category B, with his footspeed and head movement, combined with pressure and all out assault on the inside, I think he's a very, very real danger to Price, who would do well to avoid him as he's low reward too.

 

Price Vs Perez would be a decent fight.

Price would go into as favourite, but Id back Perez to cause the upset.
