Yeah Froch isn't as big a sell as people imagine but Kessler I think will bring even more than for the Calzaghe bout with the draw of London for the Danish boxing tourist. You'd be disappointed if between them their fans wouldn't at least half fill the place and then its a question of topping up for the general boxing fan (pricing and undercard important) and the London folk (be handy if there was a local interest on the undercard).

10000 would travel down from Nottingham for this. So another 10000 seats to fill could be a tall order.
Depends on the undercard. Would need Barker and a few if his cockney friends to help it along.

Hearn would sell it out no problem with a decent undercard with a few popular fighters on. Could Froch - Kessler itself shift 20k tickets? No.

O2 arena is a pile of wank. It should be in the MEN. I guarantee Eddie is considering putting this in the Matchroom Arena.

  7. he could sell it -ONLY with a stacked undercard

I'd prefer if the fight was at the MEN but I'm going to go to it either way.

The Bute fight was full, couldn't see a empty seat.

I think he's become more mainstream now than he was before he fought Bute, mainly due to his last 2 fights being shown on sky at a reasonable time.

Froch/Kessler with another big fight on the undercard like possibly a Brook title defence should he beat Alexander or a Bellew eliminator or something could definitely sell out the o2!

It was pretty near capacity for Groves/Degale wasn't it? Kessler brings a following and I for one would definitely get a ticket, this is a fight with guaranteed action, both fighters will be throwing continual leather and with Sky behind it too I don't think getting 20k people to buy tickets will be that hard.

Stick a few scouse boxers on the card and run coaches from Liverpool. I know quite a few bods from football who would go to this. Would easily do 17-20 large.
