well, could this happen. Pacquiao moving up to lightweight, then theres only 5lbs more to go. hatton gets shot of this joker on 24 may and fights Paul Malignaggi in the garden later on in year, giving time for a Pacquiao v Marquez 3 (which i personally don't think will happen) or maybe a nate campbell fight. so all going to plan maybe a early 2009 super fight. i think this is the only superfight out there for hatton as he cearly doesn't want a bar of witter (i'm not saying that would be a world-wide superfight)
Or im i just living in a "hatton-wounderland"

Well, they are planning a Hatton vs. Pacquiao fight and now Hatton is with GBP which is a good thing...

I see Hatton fighting 2 times this year: making a statement against the tough Lazcano and tearing Paulie's head off... While PacMan has 3 fights in 2008: he's already fought JMM, David Diaz is next and I believe that JMM at 135 will be at the end of the year.

After that, Hatton-Pacquiao is a strong possibility, I'd say if everything will go as planned, the fight is on in April 2009...

And the point of Hatton vs a guy 2 divisions below him is?

Well at least it's not as prepostorous as a Pacquiao-de la Hoya fight.

    I wouldn't underrate both fighters.

A boxer can change every style, and skills he has. It's not like the fighter will do the same thing over and over again.

Hatton is a natural bigger and proven has the power edge, but we can't always deny the smaller guys. I even give props to Pacquiao if he faces Hatton, not many fighters go fight guys who are 3 divisions(Pacquiao on 130) ahead of him.

Hatton KO anywhere from rounds 1 - 3. Pac is just to small, this fight shouldnt be happening imo. Also, Pac vs De La Hoya is just ridiculous.

when pacquiao was a flyweight we could say the same thing that any bantamweight and featherweight would eat him alive. I'm nut nuthugging, but is there any chance he grows bigger?
