For all the non spanish speakers, here's a summary:

Apparently Chavez Jr/his team sat down with Nacho days before the Marquez-Pacquiao 4 fight to discuss a deal. Turns out the deal was horrible according to Nacho, he says it wasn't even a cheap offer it was just "miserable". He goes on to say that training Chavez won't be an easy task and that he knows it will take a LOT of work. Mentions how he'd try to implement defense but he's not going to do any of it for peanuts. Mentions how he might get another trainer to train him for that kind of amount in the states but it won't be him ... at least not for that sum of money.

I doubt Robert Garcia will train him either. I saw last night he was training John Molina now. That makes Rios, his brother Mikey, Donaire, Maidana, Pavlik, Molina and im sure ive forgotten a few. I think Cottos trainer, Pedro Diaz would do wonders for Chavez Jr.

I don't think Chavez has the discipline to be successful with any trainer to be honest. He goes to 168lbs and gets destroyed!

Would like to see the Sergio rematch though hopefully this time Sergio puts him to sleep!

Diaz and Jr wouldnt match at all. Diaz would think Jr's ways pathetic. Doubt they would get along enough to make for a good partnership.

I don't know man I heard Garcia say in an interview that he'll take anyone that wants to train with him from the top fighters. He'll train him but not with his full attention. Jr needs a trainer dedicated to himself as his work ethics are terrible.

  9. ^^ Garcia also mentioned he would LOVE to train Chavez.. one of his sons said in front of him that his dad (Robert) has a crush on Chavez lol. Garcia said he is so sure Chavez Jr would win a rematch under him that if he didn't, he wouldn't have to get paid for his training services. Garcia is really excited about the possibility.

Yeah thats what i meant. Not sure how much attention he could give Jr. But Pavlik and Maidana arent super active so it might not be such a bad idea. He would be the best fit for Jrs style.

Jr might benefit from a no-nonsense kinda guy like Pedro. Could teach him discipline and push him harder and smarter in camp. But yeah he might be too much for Jrs lazy ways.

He is hands down the best. Nacho needs cerebral fighters like Lopez or JMM. His association with Angulo was disastrous

P.S. Diaz is good too as Kirk suggested

Likely. Jr is holding on to 30 seconds and believes if he opens up he will win. It will just open him up. Period. He won't need his weed to help him to sleep.
