I would have like some questions about the potential fights with Jones & Toney and what he thought of them. Looking forward to the Benn one more even though I was a Eubank fan back in the day..
Absolutely superb viewing. I always enjoy watching anything that Chris Eubank is involved with, I find him a fascinating character to watch and listen to. I was lucky enough to meet him a few years a go and he was an absolute gent; he may be eccentric but beneath the show is a decent and honourable man IMO. The interview on Ringside was both fascinating and hilarious, you just didn't know what he was going to come up with next! The man is a legend as far as I am concerned; best Ringside I can remember seeing.
Smith was doing my head in with the constant interrupting. Eubank would be talking about something interesting, mention a name in passing as part of the story, and Smith would try and divert the conversation to something involving that person instead of lettiing Eubank finish the story. Great interview though. The older Eubank gets the less posturing he does and more interesting he gets although he did contradict himself a bit by talking about being objective and then later about the rivalry between DeGale and Eubank Jr providing fuel for one another if they ever did fight.
