well done FW but why not in Scotland

    FW has delivered for Burns big time here but why not have the fight in Scotland because i think this fight will get a lot of press coverage in Scotland

    whats capacity at wembley arena about 10k??

    not like they are doin 20+

    Plus this fight is gonna be big worldwide, more appealing to have it in london. This undercard is the strongest i have seen for a long time, IM GOING!!!!:admin

    it would have sold out in Scotland as well.

    the Mitchell fight was sold out and that didn't have as good an undercard as this one does.

    good move by frank I think...more money in building Ricky up as a great British fighter than just a great scottish fighter. Basic economics innit.

    True, but I think Frank is trying to expose Ricky to the London public more, where lets face it a huge chunk of British boxing fans live.

    having it in London will get his Boxnation subscriptions up i would have thought

    10k scots who would have gone to the venue will no doubt buy the fight for tv

    Anyone watch the press conference? Nathan Cleverly looks pudgy to me. His cheeks are puffed out and bloated. Looks as if he's between 195 - 200lbs.

    no capacity is 12,500 but i'd imagine would be a fair bit less for boxing 9-10k maybe
