Which would you rather have a promotional interest in...Wilder, Fury or Price?

    Fury:

    Big personality
Is exciting due to his flaws
    Irish connections

He's the most marketable of the three.

Loved the commentary "Price is on wobbly legs ... but to be fair he's been on wobbly legs even when he's not getting hit!"

Haha even my mate who knows nothing about boxing made comments on how unbalanced and awkward Price looked, dont beleive it took Wilder 3 rounds to land cleanly.

    Price.
They are all 3 very marketable, but 2 of them -Wilder and Fury- have already shown they can be dropped (and probably stopped) by very mediocre fighters.

And I also favor Price over the other 2 so that's another reason.

To best capitalise on his marketability, how would you lay out the next 18 months for him?

Same question as the one for Elvis w/r/t Fury: to best capitalise on Price's marketability, how would you lay out the next 18 months for him?

I'd keep him away from Price for starters!

Chagaev is a fight that would be perfect for Fury. He's past his best but has good names on his record and would still be solid experience for him.

A fight on HBO against Adamek where Fury describes himself as Irish. Adamek sells in New York and the Irish Americans will take to Fury. Adamek is too small to cope with Fury imo and I think he has the right combination of being highly rated/respect but vulnerable enough for Fury to look good against.

Probably Fury, as he's a great self-promoter and has enough skills and drive to be pretty good for a while. Price next because he probably has the least chance of flaming out between the three. Wilder last - his personality ain't that great, he can barely string an intelligible sentence together, and he runs a pretty high risk of completely flaming out since his chin is so bad.

All three have questionable chins IMO, but I think Fury and Price are a lot more likely to overcome that deficiency.

That's a good point. Brit fans are usually a bit more forgiving.

Chags might be a good experience builder but it's not really a fight that's going to set the British public aflame with excitement. Chags is virtually unknown among casuals, looks like a dumpy old man and is extremely hard to hurt. Fury already had a less than thrilling 12 round experience builder against a solid opponent in Kingpin, he needs a few big early rounds knockouts against recognisable domestic names, I think. If he wants to look further afield, someone brash and aggressive but not overly dangerous like Charr might be a good fight to take.

I like the second fight. That's sell like hot cakes.

Wilder. The potential is there, but he is not ready yet. He's not champion material, at least with the Klitschko's around. Haye might take him apart. Manny Steward would of been a perfect match for this kid. Needs to man up and prove his worth and stay humble. He wants to be the next Lennox he's going to have to pay his dues, including a loss here and there, and improve. The belt is not going to be handed over with a large red bow. Watch some Teo Stevenson and Lennox Lewis fights and learn.
