Tricky Fight. But I think Michael has enough awkwardness and skill to throw Jimmy off and win a 15 round decision. But it would be close, and Jimmy definitely had a chance to win.

Michael should win. Jimmy could avoid the punches of a fat washed up Ali and gorrilas like Foreman and Norton, but Spinks still had a bit of speed at this weight. He should catch Jimmy enough to take the points. Would still be a close, stinky affair though.

Young was slippery but also stinky at heavyweight........... Young was a good boxer, but, I still hated his style........

Mikey Spinks was a poser; not a true heavy at all......... But I suppose even a phony baloney heavyweight like Spinks was good enough to 30 rds with a faded Larry Holmes and KO a powerful but boozer Cooney in 5 rds..........

    Spinks W10 Young.........

It would be a very dull fight. I say Young on points.

Spinks easy. Ko or Stoppage between 4th and 7th round.

You're spewing some bull**** about Spinks Bill. His 1st win against Holmes was quite an accomplishment, and yeah, I know how the rest of his career played out, don't need a recap reply. Lighten up on Spinks. He kicked your boy Qawi's ass fair and square.

I'm NOT ragging on Michael Spinks overall....... WTF? Spinks was great at 175 pounds...... He's up there in my top-3 with ease........... But as a 200+ pound heavyweight, Spinks was a mere poser looking for suitable foes' to feast on..............

    1. Spinks beat a disinterested Holmes in 1985 on HBO... Holmes never looked so slow in his career at age 35.........

    2. Holmes came back in 1986 in much better shape and put some ass-whippin' on Spinks, but the crooked Vegas judges screwed Holmes over on HBO to force Holmes into a bitter interview..... We all know Holmes won....

    3. Stefan Tangsted was a Goddamn bum with a glass-jaw..... How HBO allowed that stinker to perforn on their network is beyond me......

    4. I'll grant Gerry Cooney some slack cuz I was picking him to win based on his size and power........ But Cooney was rusty as a door-nail in a haunted house and he'd been boozing in training for the PPV fight..... Spinks hit Cooney with the kitchen sink for a 5th round TKO......... Cooney and myself were embarrassed by that TKO loss.......... Christ almighty...

Jimmy takes a decision over Michael, but, it would be a frustrating experience for the eyes.

Spinks would awkwardly out hustle Young to a boring decision win.

spinks is a different class. their combined awkwardness might create a black hole (that sounds familiar) but still, spinks was a better hitter, even more awkward, could change strategies to actually win, etc.
