Over at the scene . I think it's a good fight, the first one was fun and it would be a good fight to test khans new mentality. If Khan can control all 12 rounds and win without doing the chicken dance and running again then ill give him a better chance of winning against garcia. If he gets clobbered then we know it's over
Don't see how it's any more pointless than the likes of Senchenko, and others mentioned. It's a risky, hard fight, yes.... but what is he in the game for?
It's pointless because if he beats him, it'll be: an overrated slugger that got beaten up by Alexander not long ago? Big deal. He's already taken care of him back when he was probably at his best and when the fight meant the most. Don't see him having the motivation to go back there again.
khan admitted it was his toughest fight,before garcia ko'd him. maidana deserves a rematch against khan more than khan deserves a rematch with garcia.
I think it makes some sense? First one was a very good fight. Khan should beat Maidana but it's a clear step up from his last opponent. Even if he lost, the winner of the trilogy would become relevant again
