Froch v Kessler PPV or Normal Sky Sports?

Not sure Sky have the appetite for PPV, plus Matchroom would have to seriously fill out the undercard if they make it PPV which isn't going to happen. It would need something like Barker/Macklin as the support fight for a starter.

 

Definitely will be PPV.

 

I hope it's on the regular channel.
Can't imagine anyone being happy (besides the boxers/promoter/network) if it's on PPV.

It could be maybe that could have been stumbling block with Kessler maybe he wanted a nice percentage of the PPV revenue. Although I'm not 100% sure SKY will feel this is the right fight for PPV personally I don't think Carl is a big enough draw to go PPV.

 

It depends who they can get for the Undercard.

Bellew obviously won't be on it as the Chilemba fight is 30th March. Maybe if Brook beats Alexander they could have his first defence on it? Could be a bit soon though if the fight is the end of May and Brook v Alexander is end of Feb. Frampton is their other name fighter and I suppose it could be a good way to lure Quigg into a fight. Obviously it depends how Frampton does against Martinez in a coupld of weeks.

is it just me or do some fans actually WANT the return of PPV?
As long as it doesnt stop the fights from happening, why'd the **** would you want that?

Would have no problem paying PPV for this as long as the card is stacked with quality and for that to happen it has to go PPV. If Froch-Kessler is on regular Sky, the likelihood is that it won't be the undercard we all want because there won't be enough money.
